You can specify whether or not the requirement is mandatory. Those requirements which are mandatory will count towards the applicant's assessment progress.

Applicant Details and Progress

  • View and edit the applicants contact and business details.
  • Upload an identification image, for example; a logo for an organisation, or photograph of an individual applicant.
  • View the responses and evidence the applicant has provided to date. You can also upload evidence and provide information yourself.
  • Any documents or images which have been uploaded can be viewed, printed or downloaded straight from the system.
  • Mark the applicant as approved once they have provided all the requisite information and evidence and you have reviewed them.

Applicants Overview

View your list of subcontractors. The progress bar will indicate;

  • Which subcontractors are approved (a blue bar showing 'Approved')
  • Contractors ready for review (A green bar showing 100%)
  • How close a contractor is to being complete (a colour coded bar ranging from 1-99%)

You can generate a PDF in one click, for each subcontractor - which will summarise the information and evidence received from the subcontractor and which you can email to clients, site managers or any other person.

Create a bespoke contract for each subcontractor, which covers issues such as tax , restrictive covenants, tool and material supply, health and safety obligations, payment terms, standards of work and many more items.

Subcontractor Login & Profile

Each subcontractor is given a unique reference number which they can use to log in to their own profile.

From this page the subcontractor can edit their details, provide response to your requirements and upload evidence to the application. This information will then be immediately available for you to view from your own computer, smart phone or tablet.

I don't have Microsoft Office or Microsoft Word, what should I do?

If you don't have Microsoft Office, or Microsoft Word installed on your PC or Mac, don't worry - you can still use our products. You can get a free alternative from Open Office.

Open Office Org is open-source developed alternative to Microsoft Office, developed by a large software company called Oracle. Open Source means the company who build the software, allow 100% use of it, 100% free.

Since Open Office is specifically developed to be exactly the same as Microsoft Office, with all the same programs in the suite (Eg: Word, Excel, Access and Power Point) - it will freely open any Microsoft Office file-format. Meaning, just because a document was written in Microsoft Word, doesn't mean it can't be opened in another program. Open Office will do that, and vise versa.

To download and install Open Office;

  1. Go to www.openoffice.org.
  2. On the left hand side, click 'I want to download Open Office'. In the green box, click the main link which starts with 'Start downloading OpenOffice.org...'
    • Windows Only:When the program has downloaded, click Install and wait for the program to install.
    • MAC OSX Only:When the program has downloaded, a notification box will pop up with an arrow from the Open Office Icon to the Applications Folder in Finder, drag the icon to the Applications folder to install the program.
  3. You are now ready to use Open Office, and the documents you have purchased from us.
